You are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the day of receipt. Please email us at with your name, order number of the items you would like to return.

If your return is approved, you will be provided a return address. Please complete our return form and enclose this with the item(s) you wish to return . When organizing a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without damage. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

The items you return must be unused, in perfect condition, with original inner and outer packaging in a saleable condition. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Once we have received the item, we'll be able to process a refund. We reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item, or issue a credit note for the original selling price if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We aim to process all refund within 10 working days of receipt of the return item(s). However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been processed. Depending on the terms set by your bank, this will show in your account within 710 working days.

Please note return policy doesn't apply to Gift cards , Hygienic articles, made to order, customized or special order products.
